David McClelland, Founder and Director of CSA, has specialised in commercial due diligence and business strategy consulting for over 25 years, advising clients on more than 100 completed mandates. He set up commercial due diligence in a top 10 UK accountancy and corporate finance practice, previously working with Price Waterhouse Coopers Transactions Services and other specialist strategy boutiques.
In an earlier and extensive corporate career of 20 years, David held both technical and commercial positions in the ICI, RTZ and Norsk Hydro groups; later in his career at divisional board level, responsible for international sales and marketing.
David holds a biological science degree from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA from Bayes Business School, City University, in addition to his executive education at Henley Management College. With hands-on experience in over 10 countries across three continents, he has also delivered lectures on Cross-cultural Corporate Management Styles.
